ABOUT US

We are a local food vendor on Oahu that got our start in selling food by helping our communities less fortunate. We soon began the farmers market circuit and we were met with great ALOHA. Our logo shows the mighty Maiz (corn) and its husk, which has been a staple in Meso-american cuisine for thousands of years. Since we use it throughout our food, we thought it was only fitting to call ourselves Straight Outta Husk. 

Now you can visit our store front were you can experience our traditional homemade style food and our fantastic customer service. We take pride in creating our dishes from scratch, much like our family before us did. This is how we achieve flavors that are so hard to find in the Hawaiian islands.
